Once you've started doing sketchnotes, it's hard not to be thinking in images/text blocks. Even if you're not formally documenting a talk, they still have to come out. These are excerpts and side notes from conversations, introductions of speakers, or sometimes just a quote from a talk that deserved a life of its own.
